

Disabled all non-Microsoft Outlook addins.Ran Outlook in safe mode (i.e., "Outlook.exe /safe").Uninstalled Office 2010 (which was still installed after installing Office 2013 and upgrading to Office 2016).Re syncronized the IMAP folders from within Outlook.Deleted the *.ost file for one of the email accounts that is experiencing this problem (all seven of my IMAP email accounts have this problem).

Removing and recreating the IMAP accounts in the profile does not fix the issue. Exchange works fine, both IMAP accounts have the same issue. I have one Exchange and two IMAP accounts in my profile. It's definitely not a connection or offline issue. I'm doing this on a Surface 3 Pro through the wireless connection and a desktop with a 10 Gb/s Ethernet card both connected to my corporate network.
